"Easy and reassuring checkout"
I was relieved to see my size was actually in stock, because I always worry it’ll sell out before I can order. Checkout was simple and quick, which made the whole thing feel stress-free.

"Fine, but the packaging felt a little meh"
The order did show up on time, so that was good. The packaging was just kind of... okay, I guess. The box was a bit bent, and one of the item bags looked all wrinkled, but nothing was actually damaged. For the price, I think I was expecting it to feel a little nicer or more put together. Not awful or anything, just... not great.

"I’ve ordered from Quince a few times now…"
I’ve ordered from Quince a few times now, i’m kind of excited about how solid everything has been. Shipping has been reasonable, the clothes feel really nice, and the prices actually make sense for the quality. I did have to return one thing, but the process was easy enough and not a hassle. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and will probably keep ordering.

"Fast shipping and easy tracking"
I ordered from quince and expected it to take a while, but everything showed up way quicker than I thought. The tracking was simple to follow too, which I always appreciate. Overall, really happy with the experience and I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

"Not Quite the Same"
I don’t know why I expected it to be exactly like the original, but wow, it really threw me off. It’s not terrible or anything, but it’s just not quite the same, and for some reason that bothered me way more than it probably should have.

"Pretty much confirmed Quince is worth it"
I’ve bought a few things from Quince now, and it’s kind of confirmed what I already suspected: the quality is really good for the price. The cashmere sweater is soft and still looked great after washing, and the sheets have been super comfortable too. I wouldn’t say it feels overly fancy or anything, but everything I’ve tried has felt solid and worth the money.

I ordered a sweater and a set of sheets from Quince, i’m really happy with both. The sweater is soft and cozy without feeling bulky or too heavy, which I love. The sheets also felt great after washing, and climbing into bed with them was such a nice little comfort. So far, I’m genuinely pleased and would definitely buy from them again.

"Still Looks Great After Washing :)"
I’ve ordered a few things from Quince, the washability is what finally made me want to leave a review! I got a couple shirts and a sweater, and I was a little worried they’d shrink or come out feeling weird after washing, but they didn’t at all :) I just followed the care tags and air dried a few pieces. Everything is still soft and fits the same. 5 stars from me!!

"Easy return, but the updates could’ve been clearer"
I had to return a sweater because it didn’t fit quite right. The return process on quince was easy enough, and I got the shipping label quickly. My only annoyance was that the communication around the refund was kind of vague, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening or when to expect it. It ended up taking a few days longer than I hoped, but it worked out in the end.

I’ve ordered from Quince a few times now, and the delivery side has been really reliable. My packages showed up when they said they would, and the tracking was easy enough to follow. I haven’t had any weird delays or missing boxes, which I definitely appreciate. The only thing is that when I had a small question, I kind of felt ignored and didn’t get much of a response. Still, the overall ordering and shipping experience has been simple, and I’d probably order again.

"Decent basics, but sizing was less predictable than I expected"
I ordered a couple of basics from Quince and had a bit of a mixed experience with the fit. I was expecting the sizing to be straightforward, but it was more hit or miss than I hoped. One sweater fit true to size, while the pants were tighter in the waist than I expected. The size chart helped a little, but I still felt like I was guessing, especially since I’m usually between sizes. The quality seemed good overall, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad order, but I do wish the sizing was more consistent. I’d probably be a little cautious ordering again if the fit really matters.

"Cute and surprisingly sturdy"
I got this and, okay, first thing I noticed was that it actually feels solid in my hand, like not flimsy or cheap. Which is funny because I mainly picked it because it looked cute in the photos. Anyway, it looks really nice on too, simple but pretty, and it has a good weight to it without feeling too heavy. Definitely happy with it.

"Surprisingly good cashmere for the price"
I bought a cashmere sweater i was not expecting much, but it feels really close to my old Everlane and Nordstrom ones, maybe even a little softer? Which is kind of annoying because it makes me wonder why I paid so much for those before. Shipping did take a bit, so don’t expect it to show up overnight or anything, but for the price, I’m actually really happy with it.

"Was annoyed at first, but the refund was fast"
I had to send back something I ordered from quince.com because the sizing was off, and I was ready to be irritated about the whole refund process. But then the refund came through way faster than I expected after they received the return. No annoying emails, no back and forth, nothing. I went from frustrated to actually impressed real quick.

Just a warning for anyone second-guessing the size chart: in my experience, the sizes always fit right. I’ve ordered a few times and haven’t had to size up or down, so I’d be careful about guessing and just stick with your usual size.

I really appreciate that the prices are shown upfront. I kept expecting some extra fee to pop up at checkout, maybe because that happens so often elsewhere, but nope. Unless I just missed something, it made the whole shopping process feel a lot less annoying.
